A Jacob Zeigler was one of the first settlers near Bledsoe's Creek in Sumner Co, TN with a land warrant for 640 acres for service in the Revolutionary
War. He was taxed in the year of 1787, 1788 and 1789.
Then in the year of 1790 Ziegler's Station (Fort) was built by Joseph Ziegler near Bledsoe Creek in Sumner Co, TN.
