Hello Ziegler's all !
Jim Ziegler here of the Canadian branch of the family,(Everett Daniel Ziegler*1873-1972* of Waterloo County Ontario was my Grandfather).
I am going to throw this out for all the descendants of Michael "The Immigrant" of 1709 to consider.
We are only 3 short years from the momentous 300th anniversary of our "Line" landing in the America's.
I have become intriqued with the idea of a Family Reunion/Pilgrimage to the Skippack/Zieglerville area in 2009. I hope to take my family to visit the area this summer on a reconnaissance of sorts.
Is there any intrest in organizing what could be one heck of a get together in 2009?
If we start now I am sure there are those amongst us with with the abilities needed to pull this off.
Spread the word throughout your families and lets get some input.
