Searching for information on Jacob Zeigler,according to the "History of Effingham Co., Ilinois" (O. L. Baskin & Co., Chicago, IL, 1883 was born about 1815 in Butler Co., OH. He married Alvira Tubbs and had daughters Sarah and Alva who died in 1865. On the 1880 census his wife is shown as Elizabeth - no children shown. Jacob Zeigler died 13 Aug 1882 in Effingham Co. IL. Appreciate any information on Jacob and family.
