Penny, Williams, Clarke, Sampson, Moore families of Isle of Wight County VA

I have been digging into the recods of Isle of Virginia in the 1600's around the Penny, Clarke, Sampson, Moore, and Williams families. I have also been reviewing the Clarke family article by Holtzclaw in "Notable Southern Families".

I have believe there is a possiblity that John Williams listed as the grandson of George Moore in his 1714 will is the same as John Williams who is the husband of Margaret Penny. John Williams husband of Margaret Penny died in 1733/34 so it possible time wise.

Has anyone found documentation or evidence that suggests and alternative connection?
