Miranda Willard (unk maiden name - possibly McCarty) b. 1823, SC; in 1860 MO census shown with 2 children, Alice, b. 1844 and Thomas Mabry, b.1849. Alice married a Bompart in MO. Thomas married Josie E.M. Prickett in Texas. Thomas and Melissa (Josie) had James Arthur, Elmer Claud, Isaac, Joseph Mabrey, Grace and Ruby, all children born in TX or OK. We are at a total block with Miranda and whoever her spouse was. We think she may have married James Wellington Rankin from Maine sometime after 1860. Any help would be appreciated. Roxana - Oregon.
