I am seeking the ancestors of my 4th great grandmother, Jane Whiting Walker, b. 1804 in Kentucky, moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1847 after the death of her husband, Dr. Martin Luther Hawkins. She was involved with the Sophie Sawyer Female Seminary in Fayetteville before the Civil War, and was related to Judge David Walker of Fayetteville. Jane died in 1884.
If anyone has this Jane Whiting Walker in their family tree, or knows of any Whiting women who married into a Walker family in the late 1700s, I would be most appreciative of information.
