You are so right!

I believe there was a father and son Samuel and the son came to MI. I will sort out the father from the son. Looks like I posted the son's info.

I have since researched Eliza Whiting Farley's death in Michigan. She lived

Here is the information:

Eliza Whiting Farley died Aug. 13, 1903
Father: Samuel Whiting
Mother: Eliza Miller

This information is from the county clerk's office, Lapeer, MI.
