I have a John Ware, who settled in Mt Pleasant Iowa about 1856. I know very little about him before that time, but have a letter from his grandson that indicated he was from a large Pensylvania Dutch family and had a brother Conrad and a sister Ellen. He died in Keokuk in 1867.
