My grandmother was adopted. On her birth certificate, her mother is listed as Velma Washburn from Utah. My grandmother was born in 1931 in Santa Rosa, California. The Velma Washburn listed on her birth certificate was 26 years old (in 1931) and already had one living child. I'm very curious to see if the Velma Washburn on my grandmother's birth certificate is the same Velma Washburn born from the Orson Pratt Washburn line in Utah.
