Can anyone tell me about an Elizabeth Vail in Lancaster Co. South Carolina during the last half of the 1700's. She had a son, William I think, and raised twin grandsons, Jermiah and John Micheal who later moved to Pickens Co. Alabama. I do not have the name ofa husband or of her family. The name Wilmot comes up. I don't know where to go from here.
