I am not related to the following.
In a rough analysis of the 1920 US Census for the families of James W. LEWIS (wife Josephine) of Calumet, Houghton co, MI and Amos LIQUIA (wife Gertrude) of Flint, Genessee co., MI, I would say that the wives are not sisters.

Josephine LEWIS was born in Michigan, however, her parents were born in Canada/French(Father) and Michigan (Mother).

Whereas, Gertrude LIQUIA was also born in Michigan, but her parents were born in Canada/French(Father) and Germany (mother).

If you need the details of the children of these respective families for the 1920 Censuses, I will post them.
