Thanks John,

It is good to know that those of you who have been researching this line seriously a lot longer then I have are in agreement. In truth, it was due to things written by you that made me explore it further. As to the birth year of John, the younger, I've been told by long time genealogists that when there is an uncertainty you go with the event closer to the event. Tombstones are great for death dates, but not always correct per the birthdate even when readable. A Summers/Hull contact visited the cemetery in the late 1980's and then again a few years ago and said there had been much deterioration in some of these stones within that time period. The only line I've found that is actually worse then the Summers line to follow is the Hull line. There is a ton of misinformation on that line as well. This is the line of the wife of Paul Summers.

Thanks again for you post.
