We may not have any family connection but worth a try. Please read my post on this Summers Forum that is dated June 22-08.
If you find anything similar to your search, I would love to correspond with you. I have many family members in West plains, Howell County Mo. I have been trying to connect to the Summers surname side as I have discovered from a death certificate that Anna Summers is my ggg grandmother, although I know nothing about her past this point.
