Lucinda and Purda Stewart, minor children, are listed with Amasa P. FLETCHER, wife Lucy and the Fletcher children in the 1860 Van Buren, AR census. Also listed is 68 year old Pruda Pierce (sic)very hard to read, of NC.Pruda and the Stewart children are not listed in the 1870 census with the Fletchers.
I am inclined to think the Stewart children were from an earlier marriage of Lucy and perhaps Pruda was her mother.???
Would like to know with out a doubt Lucy's maiden name and who her parents were.
