Daniel Stannard of Bennington Co., Vt. m. Mary E. Garzee in 1833 and moved to Clarendon, Orleans Co., N.Y and lived there until 1847 when he moved to Cook, Co., Ill. and lived there until Jan., 1853 when he moved to Eden Township in Fayette Co., Iowa. They had three children Phoebe, wife of William Scoville; Mark, and Helen, wife of Ed. Northrup.
The problem is that I don't know the parents of Daniel Stannard (Stanard) in Vermont and have little hope because the records were few because of the battle of Manchester.
