WARSAW- Ted Allen "Teddy Bear" Stamper, 66, died at 11:10 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Hospital, Ft. Wayne. Survivors include his wife, Janet; daughters, Stephanie Lamb, Leslie Stamper and Melissa Baker, all of Warsaw, and Jennifer (Mikel) Perkins of Ft. Wayne; a son, Brian Stamper of Erie, PA; and brothers, David (Sue) Stamper of Huntington, IN, and Steven (Sharon) Stamper of Ft. Wayne. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Titus Funeral Home, where friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today and a Rosary will be said at 5:30 p.m.
