Ramona,

I can't make easily make connections with the information you posted but what is even worse is what I posted is very outdated.

Since this post I've come into more evidence taking another direction and can't edit this post as I'd like to do.

Go here for my latest .PDF file as I'm always updating it. I think the latest document makes more sense but there is another update coming out shortly.
