Still looking for help locating ancestors of the South Side Pittsburgh Schmitts. Heres what I have. Joe Sylvester Schmitt 1895 to 1962 married Rosina Freund 1894 to 1966. Joe's father was George Schmitt 1863 to 1935 married Katherine Schwarzel 1874? to 1925. George's brother Charles 1874 married Katherine's sister Charlotte Scwarzel b 1876?. I am looking for George and Charle' father and mother and grand parents. Have a guess that it might be Charles and and Madalena Granne but have no dates of birth death etc. Also if their is info on the Schwarzel sister's family that would be nice.
