Just posting an update to the information I provided earlier. I am still trying to find information on these individuals, but I do have better spellings and more detailed information.

Louis Schmitt was born in approx. 1857 in Strassburg Germany; his mother's name was Mary. He arrived in the U.S. in 1882. He was a stone mason in Erie, PA. He married Anna Maria Albert who was born in 1855 in Rheinphalz, Germany. She came over to the U.S. in 1872. Their children were Celestine, Mary Louisa, Louis, Magdalena, John G. [1890-Oct 24,1985, worked as boilermaker, buried in Calvary Cemetery in Erie, PA], William T. [Dec. 3, 1892-Dec. 28,1964, md.Helen Sophia Ruhl 1894-1968, worked at Erie Stove & Mfg and American Sterilizer, buried in Calvary Cemetery in Erie, PA], and Edmund Schmitt. Family appears to have been members of St. Mary's in Ere, PA.

Still lacking date of death and burial spot for Louis & Anna. Any assistance is welcome.
