Looking for a Joseph Schmitt that was born in Alsace in 1860. He was married in Fulda,In.(near Ferdinand) to Elizabeth Nielander in 1888. They lived somewhere in In. until moving to Louisville,Ky.in 1891. He lived the rest of his life there. The marriage records at St. boniface in Fulda state that the groom was from Evansville.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
