Researching Georg Schmitt (George Smith) married Anna Weigand Hascher on 9th March 1902 in Manhatten, New York, New York. Georg's father named Lorenz Schmitt. He came from Grossgrossinger, Bayern, Germany.
Anna Weigand Hascher is born in Roth, Baden, Germany. She was born about 1870 and emigrated to USA in March 1881. The "Lessing" started on 9th March (same day as wedding) 1881 in Hamburg over Le Havre to New York.
