I have a henry schmidt b.1864 in New York. In the 1900 census he is married to a woman named frederica and there were 7 children. I know 2 children were born after 1900 for a total of 9. My henry would only have been 56 in 1920 so it is probally not the right one but I thought maybe you had relitives in N.Y. its worth a try. thanks.
