August Schmidt family settled in Webster County NE

My great grandfather was August Schmidt(1840-1903), son of Herman Schmidt (1819-1903) and Mary Schuman (1816-1908), from the Brandenburg Pruessen area. They came to Nebr. in 1880 and settled in Adams/Webster Counties in Nebr. around 1880. Please respond if you have any information about this family.
