Wade: I am a descendent of Abijah Sanders (Cir.1801-1885) through his son Anderson Augustus Sanders and grandson Robert M Sanders, but have been unable to find any previous data on Abijah. I do have a copy of his will and see that he is listed in the 1870 and 1880 census for Chesterfield Cty, SC. Also, an Abijah Saunders is listed in the 1840 Census for Anson Cty, NC.
I can find no mention of a father/mother, wife, or siblings. Can you help with this.
