1914 Sanders drowning in Rock Creek Sapulpa OK

I am researching the Sanders/Reynolds families of Creek County - Sapulpa Oklahoma.

James F Reynolds 1843-1915, was buried in Old Sapulpa Cemetery. He was brother to my Gr Grandfather.

In 1914, four girls drowned in Rock Creek and are buried in Old Sapulpa Cemetery. The girls, Mary Reynolds 19, and the Sander sisters, Bertie 11, Vina 14, and Zula 9. I think Mary and the sisters were related.

The citizens of Saupulpa erected the monument for the girls
in Old Saupulpa Cemetery.

Would there be a newspaper account of this drowning tragedy?

If anyone can help me locate the data of this Reynolds/Sanders family, I would most appreciate it. My Reynolds line started in TN/KY, Macon County MO, Jasper County MO, and some of the Reynolds settled in Oklahoma.

Thanks for any help, Jude
