Lori, I don't know if you still enter this forum. My paternal grandmother was Maria de la Luz Saldaña (she was born in 1889). Almost all of her Saldaña ancestors were from Francisco del Rincón, León,Guanajuato or surrounding areas. She had two cousins by name of Esperanza. One I have identified and is not the one you are looking for, however the other Esperanza I'm looking for I believe is the sister of a Juán Saldaña born approximately in the 1870's and I believe their father was Jesus Saldaña born around 1840 - though I am still trying to authenticate this. If you could give me more info we may be able to find some commonalities. An who knows, we may find more.
