Gary -

Like many others I have downloaded your Timeline and "Thank You" for all of your work. A tremendous job well done.

I was not aware of the Flemings who accompanied William the Conqueror but know well of the Normans who did. Descendants of those fierce Vikings headed by Rollo {911 on your work} who settled down in Normandy for awhile only to rise again with William in 1066. Shown on the Falaise Roll as the Counts of Falaise.

In Spain they have a saying, "Cut a Spaniard and you will find a Moor".

In Scotland the discovery multiples.

Again - Thank You - Lois
