Hi Rose,
I did find some baptism records for children of
Teodoro and Refugio from Magdalena, Sonora, MX
No grandparents are listed. You might try the FHL
to ask if they can help you order the baptims &
marriage records for Magdalena, MX.
I also found quite a few death records for your
Ruiz family and on three different death cetificates,
Teodoro Ruiz is listed as having been born in Mexico.

Click on AZ Death Records 1844. If you just enter
the last name Ruiz, you can view certificates on
many of your relatives.
