I am Jose Regulus Ortega, now 34 years old and a resident of 431 Arujville Subdivision, Libertad, Butuan City, Philippines. I am the son of Myla Virginia P. Ortega and an illegitimate child to ORLANDO SAGUI RUIZ who got tangled up with my momma way back in 1970s. Stories been told that he was working with Komatsu during the time he was with my mother. I have been looking for him since I was in college at UP Los Baņos, Laguna.
Any one who knows the whereabouts of Orlando Sagui Ruiz, please do not forget to inform me. It's just that I want to know where he is now. Nothing more nothing less. For me, it is a sense of pride to get to know your biological creator. Thank you very much.
