Admiral Apodaca Ruiz

I am looking for anyone with information on the Almirante's house in Cadiz, Spain owned by Admiral Apodaca Ruiz. I also have a Ruiz in my family, whose main name was Olivares. I beleive that according to the crest or escudo on the door that it is an Olivares based escudo, but I do not know if the Ruiz to Olivares exchange occurred. My family might have lived in the house in the mid 1800's so that timing does make sense. The back street has a name, Lechuga, which is another name in the family. Any help would be appreciated. Does anyone have a family tree on Admiral Apodaca so I might trace the line and see what makes sense?
