My 3rd great-grandmother Anna Margretha Peters married Johann Kuskopf 5 Nov 1793, in Schleswig-Holstein. She already had a son, Peter Rieve, born 18 Sep 1793,in Hemme, Schleswig-Holstein. Johann then adopted Peter. His biological father was Reimer Edens. A cousin has compiled a family history book, which has a copy of the original adoption entry.
