My ancestor, Maria Elisabetha PETER m. Wilhelm JUDT. They lived in Tscherwenka (German spelling. Crvenka is Hungarian spelling), Batschka, Hungary. I don't have dates for them but their daughter, Margaretha JUDT, was b. 29 Mar. 1833. Several Peter and Petri families are mentioned in the book, "Tscherwenka, Cservenka-Crvenka Batschka 1785-1944 Tscherwenkaer Familien". Someone sent me a few pages from this book (by Angela Hefner published in 1995, now out of print) which have information about some of my ancestors.
