Seeking information on the Irish family of Clark Peacock, b. 01 Nov 1818 in Ireland, died in Iowa in 1871.
Clark married Esther Hineman in Ireland, arrived in PA in 1847 from Belfast, settled in Van Buren County, Iowa by 1856 and farmed there until his death in 1871. Children: Mary, James, Henry, Sarah, Margaret, Esther A., Elizabeth, May and Edward.
His daughter, Elizabeth Peacock, married my great-grandfather, E.E. Kirkendall.
