Perhaps finding her obituary would help you? Here's the contact information for 2 libraries in Tucker, GA. They will probably be able to either tell you where to look for her obituary or they may be able to provide it to you themselves, if they have local/area newspapers on microfilm.

If all else fails in determining the names of her parents, you can always order a copy of her death certificate. Hopefully, that would at least give you her parent's names. Here is a site for ordering death certificates for Georgia.
