Researching family of Ada Julia "Dolly" Peacock b. 1866 in Montreal, d/o Henry Peacock and Julia Lesperance. In 1864 Ada married Thomas Nicoll s/o Archibald Nicoll and Elizabeth Green. Archibald and Elizabeth had 7 children all a born in Quebec City or Montreal: Isabella Nicoll b. 1861; Thomas Nicoll b.1863; Benjamin Green Nicoll b. 1865; Harriet Wallace Nicoll b. 1867; Charles Nicoll b. 1869; Elizabeth G. Nicoll b. abt 1871; and James Wallace Nicoll b. 1876. Thomas and Ada immigrated to Dorchester MA in 1899. They had one son Archibald Henry Nicoll (my grandfather) b. 1900 in Norfolk, VA .
