Abner daughter (Evan Marie Kistler) married Neal Stedman
who had 1 son, Neal Stedman that married a June??? (I talked to her and
forgot to ask her maiden name)
who had 3 sons : gregory, bradley, and mitchell
June does not know anything about the Kistler line. It may have died with
her husband.
She did tell me to Contact a Julia Embry in Minnisota though. She said that
family was close to Abner. The interesting thing there is The Embry family
married into the Kistler family with one of Abners Sisters.
So I am now off to a Minnesota search also :)

PS. Is there any way to find out if there are any pictures of the old Abner
T ranch? or other Kistler related items back there?

Abner R. and Nellie (Ruff) Kistler
Abner Reece Kistler and Nellie Eleanor Ruff were born in Clinton, Illinois,
where they were married on August 22, 1906. Abner was born March 26, 1886
and Nellie on February 13, 1887. After living in Illinois and then
Minnesota, they came to North Dakota in 1912 to work on the E. R. Bradley
Ranch near Grace City. They arrived at McHenry
on the train and made the rest of the trip by wagon. Later the Kistlers
purchased land near Grace City. They had one daughter, Eva Marie lives in
Grace City and is now married to Elva Pfeifer. Her first husband, Neal
Stedman is deceased.
Mr. Kistler died March 4, 1955 and Mrs. Kistler died May 26, 1973. They are
buried in the Grace City Cemetery.
