CANFIELD—Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday at Lord Of Life Lutheran Church for Allen Clayton Kistler of Canfield who died Wednesday at his residence peacefully in his sleep. Mr. Kistler was born July 13, 1921 in Niles the son of Allen C. and Tillie M. (Whittaker) Kistler, Sr. Allen was employed as a welder for Truscon (Republic Steel) Niles retiring in the mid 1970’s after 25 years He also was a farmer in Lordstown for many years. He was a Charter member of the Lord Of Life Lutheran Church where he served as an usher for many years. A daughter Marianne and Tim Dove of Canfield, a son David Allen Kistler of North Jackson, four granddaughters Kara, Shannon, Kristin and Wendy, survive him. His great grandson Daniel Clayton who was named after him and his life long companion Barbara Rinda also survive Allen. His parents and a brother Don Kistler preceded him in death. Friends may call Sunday from 4-7 PM at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel and one hour prior to services Monday at the Church. The family requests that material contributions take the form of donations to the Church Memorial Fund
