Here is sketchy information on three Hunsinger ancestors from the Haute Rhin region of France.There is Jean Hunsinger, who married Barbara Urban. Barbara, we know, was born in December of 1768 and died on Feb. 18, 1833. She lived all her life in Durrenentzen, Alsace, France. We know of one child, Anne Marie Hunsinger (B:Nov. 1803; D: Feb. 1869), who married Johannes George Meyer. They both lived all their lives in Durrenentzen, Alsace, France. Johnannes Meyer is the ancestor of many Meyers who came to the USA.
Another direct ancestor Hunsinger (durning the same generation of Jean Hunsinger, and a probable cousin or sibling) is Madeleine Hunsinger. She was born in 1768 in Durrenentzen. She died Feb. 4, 1834. She married to Jean Meyer; they were the parents of Johannes George Meyer who married the daughter of Jean Hunsinger, Anne Marie -mentioned in the first paragraph.
