I have in my family tree some Hunsickers from the Medina/Wayne county Ohio area. My earliest Hunsicker is Amandus Hunsicker who was born Sept 1849 in PA and married Calista Roth. Amandus and Calista are buried together in High Church Cemetery in Doylestown, Ohio, which is right on the border of Medina and Wayne counties. My great-grandmother was their daughter, Jessie Lois, who married Curtis Henry Benner. They also had at least two other children, Ward and Florence. Please contact me if these folks are in any way related to your Hunsickers. I've run into a bit of a brick wall trying to find more relatives of Amandus.
