The information that I have comes from a “Family History” typed by my father with handwritten notes on it. All that was written was that Reinhart and Sophie (Von Schmidt Hoffman) Ebert lived in Barthfeld, Germany. I was told that one of my uncles tried to research church records during WWI, but reported that the buildings had been destroyed...I’m sorry, but that is all I “know” at this time.
