Charles Archibald Coleman
b. 1914 Nebraska
died December 2002 in Greensboro, NC (Guilford County)
He was the son of Rev. Earl Campbell Coleman and wife Nancy Deborah
Fessler.
He was a descendant of Nicholas Coleman b. 1731 Scotland
and his wife Jane/Jean McClelland of settled in Indiana County, PA.
Nicholas was a Rev. War Veteran and they are both buried in Ebenezer
Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Lewisville, PA. A DAR plaque
is on the grave of Nicholas Coleman.
"Archie" Coleman was a veteran of WWII. He served in the 80th Airborne Anti-Aircraft Battalion. His picture is on their website.
He has two living daughters.
