Hi Jerry, Thanks for the reply. Think we have two Maria Barbaras though. Mine was born 1776 and died May 1832. She was married to Michael Smith born 1769 and died in 1844. Both were born in Heidelberg Twp. Since Maria was born in 1776, your Philip & Catharinea sound more like her parents generation with their son born in 1771. Curious to see that book though, thanks for the lead. Jan
