My grandmother, Kathryn Wehr Mohr, came from Council Bluffs, Iowa. Her father was named Nicholas Wehr. He immigrated from Europe, was told he was from Alsace-Lorraine region. He was an inventor and bought and sold mechanical farm equipment. My grandmother was born in 1881 and came from a large family. A reunion was held in Iowa two summers ago. I would be interested in learning more about them should your family be related. Thank you.
