I believe we have the same man. Marvin Wehr, who now lives in North Carolina, I believe is my father--Richard Wehr's half brother. My mother-in-law has been researching my family tree for several years. I do believe that we made contact with Marvin last year, but would like to get to know you and maybe exchange family info.
