Willard Strunk, Lourene Strunk. My Grandad, Willard, aka Buddy Strunk (checks written to Buddy Strunk), Slim, and a half a dozen other names, born in or around Oneida, Tn (Scott County), 1916, died in 1994, while I was in boot camp. He was my best friend. I never lost him. My grandma, Lillian, known as Lourene <Philips>, 85 still lives by herself, family and friends visit daily near Cincinnati, raised in Glen Corbin, IL (East St. Louis).
