Am searching for any information on a Gilles or could be M.Gilles Ruch believed to be from Alsace m. to Francois Vogel (also need info on) of Alsace. They were married around 1865 and had 9 children. Their names were Victor Ruch Charles Ruch Adolf Ruch Marie Ruch Josephine Ruch Louis Ruch(died as infant) Louis Ruch(male) Joe Ruch Louise Ruch They live sometime in CA,went to Oregon for awhile, but it is unknown where they first and when they came over. Gilles Ruch was said to have left his first family (who for awhile went back to Alsace) and he remarried a Marie Meuller. They had 4 children Leon Ruch b. 1885 San Jose Marie Ruch m. Gordon Chandler Bertha Elizabeth Ruch m. unknown Anthes Angela Ruch m. unknown Small It was said Gilles Ruch was in the French Army and was a farmer. He had a sister named Nannette Ruch who m. a Vogel I can't seem to figure out what Ruch line they come from, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME? Would love to hear if you think you know a connection!!! Kelly
