This is the info I have concerning John (Jonathan) Peter: John ( Jonathan) Peter born abt 1700 in Wales, died 1775 in Amherst Co, VA. He married Alice (possibly Hannah) Mountford in 1725 in Wales. She was born abt 1702 in England. They had 5 children- 3 boys, 2 girls. #3 of 5 was John (Jonathan) Peter born before 12-6-1730 in Wales, died abt 1800 in Washington Co, KY. He married Susanna unknown before 1763. They had 4 children, one being Jonathan Peter born 7-10-1763 in Amherst Co, VA, died 10-20-1827 in Harrison Co, IN. He married Mary A Radcliff 6-29-1790 in Lincoln Co, KY. She was born 9-26-1770 in Lincoln Co, KY. They had 9 children. His sister was Sarah Peter born 10-25-1769 in Amherst Co, VA, died aft 1850 in Orange Co, IN. She married Samuel Lowe 9-18-1787 in Lincoln Co, KY. He was born in 1765 in Amherst Co, VA.
