You are looking for my g-g-grandfather, Almon Warner Carpenter, born 3 Feb. 1825 in Gerry, Chautauqua Co., NY died 11 Feb 1902 in Custer Co., Nebraska. He married Miriam Mathews on 11 Jul 1847 in Gerry, NY. His son Alfred Jackson Carpenter and wife Martha A. Packer had a son named Louis Almon Carpenter on 1 Jun 1878 while living in Denver, Worth Co., MO. Louis Almon is my grandfather. Happy to trade further information.
