Barb would like to explore your finds on Blose/Bloss in Germany. Our oral fmaily tradition says our Georg Conrad b-1728 d-1774 (Elkton VA) left from Mannheim. Given he attended a Lutheran church on arrival, assume he was not Catholic? Maybe the reason he left the Catholic area in Germany? Dick Bloss
