Hello. I was looking up information on my brother that passed away in 1999. He is named after my father Larry Dean Carrigan Jr. I found two other guys with that same exact name one born in 1973 and one born in 1978. I was born in 1976. I'm wondering if I am related to them and how can maybe settle out to find out.
